Pay & Benefits

• Earn $82,000+ annually
• Pay range: .60 – .63 CPM
• Stop pay: $25 per stop (average 6 stops)
• Average 2,300–2,650 miles per week

Home Time & Schedule

• Regional routes covering UT, ID, and MT
• Alternating schedule: 6-day work week followed by a 4-day work week
• Consistent start day (Tuesdays or Thursdays depending on account need)
• Start times between 5 PM – 1 AM (set once assigned)
• Weekend work required
• Drivers living within 75 miles of Salt Lake City may get home 1–2 nights weekly (in addition to reset; not guaranteed)
• Average 11–14 hour workdays

Job Details

• Deliver Costco products using dry van trailers from the Salt Lake City DC to stores in UT, ID, and MT
• Heavy haul loads: gross weight up to 105,500 lbs
• 100% no-touch freight
• Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload (majority drop & hook)
• Must chain as required by weather
• Must be comfortable with mountain driving and winter conditions
• May assist other accounts as needed
• Drivers provide their own transportation to/from the account

Equipment

• Automatic Freightliner sleeper trucks
• Assigned trucks
• Trucks remain at the account during time off

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 3 months of CDL A experience
• Must meet all DOT requirements
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and in variable weather
