CDL Class A Operator – Erosion Control & Reclamation

We are seeking an experienced CDL Class A Driver and Heavy Equipment Operator to mobilize heavy equipment to job sites, operate backhoe, tractors, rippers, seeders for our rapidly growing company. This position is full-time year-round and will be for local driving within the Front Range.

Pay Rage: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour based on professional skills and experience

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Ability to be responsible for your own safety, ensure safety and DOT requirements are met and complete daily paperwork

· Able to use a variety of hand tools (i.e. shovels, rakes, picks, sledge hammers, staple guns, etc.) requiring upper body forces up to 40 lbs

· Current/Valid driver’s license and Class A CDL certification – must be able to drive a manual truck for this position

· Operate Skid Steer and roller

· Loading and unloading cargo from flatbed & gooseneck trailers

· Heavy equipment operator such as backhoe, tractors mini excavator and skid steer.

· Maintain and service vehicle as needed (refuel, tire pressure, minor repairs, etc.)

· Comply with ICC and DOT regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

· Valid Driver’s License Class A

· Clean MVR Record (must provide MVR record at interview)

· Must pass Drug Screening

· Able to work outside in all types of weather

· 2+ years proven experience with tractor-trailer driving preferred

· 2-4 years of experience in general construction, erosion control

· Able to operate equipment (skid steers, front end loaders, mini excavator, farm tractors)

– Must be 21+ years of age
