Position Details

• CDL Class A Driver
• OTR Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed & Team Positions Available
• Orientation: Burr Ridge, Illinois

Pay

• Dry Van: $0.70 CPM
• Reefer: $0.75 CPM or 30% of Gross Revenue
• Flatbed: $0.80 CPM or 30% of Gross Revenue
• Team Drivers:
  • $0.80 CPM for loads over 5,000 miles
  • $0.70 CPM for loads under 5,000 miles

💰 Average Weekly Pay: $1,800–$3,000+

Equipment

• 3 Newer 2023 Freightliner Cascadias
• 1 Volvo Mid-Roof (2018)
• Well-maintained, reliable trucks
• Samsara ELD system

Home Time

• 2–3 weeks on the road
• 3–4 days home

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
• No more than 3 moving violations
• Safety-minded professional
• Able to stay out 2–3 weeks
• Maximum age requirement: 60 years (per company policy)

Additional Information

• Escrow: $1,500 (10 weekly payments of $150)
• OCU Insurance: $37.50 per week
• ELD: Samsara
