CDL-A OTR Truck Driver | $1,900–$2,500/Week | W2 & 1099

DMN Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR truck drivers, offering strong, stable pay, consistent high miles, and well-maintained, late-model equipment.

Drivers currently or previously enrolled in the SAP program are not eligible.

Pay & Miles:

• 1099: $0.70 CPM, increased to $0.75 CPM after 3 months
• W2: $0.60 CPM, increased to $0.65 CPM after 3 months
• Meet monthly safety and performance requirements to qualify for an additional $0.02 CPM on every mile driven, paid at the end of each month
• 3,000–3,500 miles per week
• $1,900–$2,500 weekly average
• All miles paid — loaded and empty
• Weekly pay every Monday; payroll period runs Saturday–Sunday

Schedule:

• 2 weeks out, 2–3 days off
• 3 weeks out, 3–4 days off
• 4 weeks out, 4–5 days off
• Consistent miles and predictable scheduling

Equipment:

• 2023–2027 Freightliner Cascadia — fully equipped
• Refrigerator, microwave, power inverter, and IPU
• 53′ dry van trailers (2020–2027)
• Trucks governed at 70 MPH
• 24/7 maintenance and breakdown support

Additional Pay:

• Detention pay: $20/hour after 2 hours
• Layover pay: $100/day
• Extra stop pay: $30 per stop
• Breakdown pay: $100/day
• Clean inspection bonus (Level 1–3): $100–$300
• Paid orientation
• Travel expenses covered
