CDL A driver

TEAM Company Drivers T&C:

– $1 PM
– Average 6.000-6.500+ mi a week
– Weekly direct deposits (Statement on Wed, Payday on Fri)
– 24/7 Dispatch support incl. fleet support
– Long haul loads and dedicated lanes
– Fully equipped trucks (built in fridge etc.)
– Street loads and dedicated lanes (FedEx, U.S. Xpress…)
– No-touch freight, mostly drop & hook, occasionally live-loading
– Operation across all 48
– A wide range of trucks, including brand new ones: KENWORTH, VOLVO, FREIGHTLINER (2023-2027)
– Flight and other transportation costs to pick up the truck are covered by us
-7000 sign on bonus for each driver

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 Years CDL-A and OTR experience
– Clean MVR (no major violations in the last 3 years)
– 1099
– Out for 3 weeks minimum
– Not SAP friendly
– Pass DOT drug test and background check
– Escrow (fully refundable) or 1 week hold
*Escrow is $2500, divided into the first 10 weeks–$250/weekly

OTR Owner Operators T&C:

Terms:

92% of weekly gross revenue for the first 4 weeks, then 88% of weekly gross revenue thereafter
Average weekly gross:
Solo: $8,000 – $12,000
Team: $12,000 – $17,000
Dedicated West-to-East lanes
Long-haul round trips
Dry Van only
Primarily Drop & Hook freight, with occasional live loads
Minimum RPM: $2.00+
Operation across all 48 states
Consistent freight and loads available year-round
Very flexible schedule – owner operators choose when they want to work, which loads they want to take, where they want to run, and which areas they prefer to avoid
24/7 Dispatch, Fleet, and Safety support

Fixed Weekly Deductions:

Cargo & Liability Insurance: $400/week
Devices (ELD, IFTA, PrePass, Fuel Card): $200/week
Dry Van Trailer Rental: $200–$250/week
